"The mind is everything. What you think, you become."

Rooted in tradition, alive in the present moment.

My teaching is grounded in the classical traditions of yoga—the physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines that have guided seekers for thousands of years. Yet each class I lead is alive, responsive, and deeply present with the students in front of me.

A teacher shaped by the practice itself.

Teaching yoga is a sacred responsibility.

I came to yoga not as a discipline, but as a lifeline. Through consistent practice, I discovered that movement could heal, stillness could strengthen, and breath could transform. Over twelve years, my understanding has deepened through rigorous study, diverse traditions, and—most importantly—by witnessing the profound changes yoga creates in my students' lives.

I teach with the conviction that yoga is not about perfection, but about presence. Every body is different, every mind carries its own history, and my role is to create a space where you can meet yourself with compassion.

"I don't teach yoga to make people more flexible. I teach it to help them feel more free."
